Postdoctoral Positions in Neutrino Astronomy/ Hardware Collaboration
DESY hosts one of the largest groups in the lceCube neutrino experiment and is strongly involved in lceCube data analysis on multiple topics, spanning from multi-messenger astronomy to studies of neutrino oscillations. Furthermore, DESY is a major site for the design, construction, and testing of new optical sensors for the lceCube Upgrade and for the future lceCube-Gen2 observatory. The successful candidates are expected to engage in lceCube data analysis and to contribute to the construction and testing efforts for the lceCube Upgrade project that is scheduled for deployment in 2023.
