Data
JINA-CEE is actively involved in public outreach. Our goal is to share the excitement of research at the intersection of the largest (astrophysics) and the smallest (nuclei) constituents of our universe, and of unraveling our cosmic history - the origins of the elements we are all made of.
Many of our resources for older students and teachers are of interest to the public. You are also encouraged to explore our YouTube channel, and follow our Facebook and Twitter pages.
JINA-CEE organizes and participates in mainly public outreach activities, including local activities in the South Bend and Lansing/Detroit areas. Examples include "Astronomy on Tap" in Lansing, "Science Gallery" in Detroit, TED-X and other public lectures, and science festivals such as MSU Science Festival, and Science Alive.
