Postdoctoral Research Associate

The University of Notre Dame Nuclear Science Laboratory (NSL) invites applications for a postdoctoral research position to perform research at the NSL. Candidates with a range of experiences in experiments related to nuclear astrophysics, nuclear structure, and fundamental symmetries are encouraged to apply. The NSL is home to several research groups studying a wide range of topics in nuclear physics, and the successful candidate will have the freedom to choose among the various research groups to work with.

A Ph.D. in physics is required for this position, and candidates who are nearing completion of their Ph.D. will also be given full  consideration. The appointment is for two years, with a third-year contingent on performance and continued funding. Base salary will be commensurate with experience.
